Goodness, don't wear tampons every day. You'd be over-dry in there and get really sore.

If you've just gotten your first period, you may not know your cycle length. Your body isn't regulated to it yet. So it will be hard to judge when your next one will come. It probably won't be in the first two weeks.

Pick up some pantyliners. Then, when you go to the gym, slip one into your panties. Then, if your period starts, you'll feel it and can go to the bathroom to put on a real pad, and you won't have to worry about a spill.

They won't show in gym shorts, and they won't be in the way like pads.

And pick up a cute little bag to put your pads and liners in. Something about a cute floral bag in your backpack just makes carrying pads around more discreet. ;)

Usually you only get period once a month and you can kinda tell when it is going to start by the way you feel. Just keep a pad in your purse and if you start during class don't worry it won't be like a dam broke or anything just go to the bathroom and make a adjustment and you should be just fine.

Keep some pads or tampons in your purse all the time. If you are afraid of starting during class, just wear a pantyliner around the time it should start just in case. It should last you long enough to make it til the end of class.

Ok, well, I go to the gym almost day, so, I understand that, but, what you should do is try wearing slender tampons, (and, if ur flow is heavy, wear a pad under it) but, i love tampons because im comfortable and i dont have 2 worry about anything.

One tip I can give is wear a pad with wings so it stays in place while your active.
