He seems like an elitist, opportunistic worm that blows whichever way the wind goes.

So yes, I'd vote for him. Why would I vote for someone like this? They have no agenda or ideology. They won't accomplish anything meaningful in office.

Good governments are the ones that get the least amount done and still maintain order.

It is simple. Vote for the most capable candidate, one who truly cares about the future of America. This mayor has proven himself to be intelligent. Why should he even consider running for the presidency with his already vast wealth, unless the guy really wants to make an impact? Please don't dismiss any candidate so quickly. Voters have the power to shape the future. Don't let candidates impress you with their campaign money or smart talk. The presidency is an extremely serious and difficult job that will affect the entire world, and not some soap opera. Remember the immortal words of JFK. Let's also not forget that President Lincoln couldn't even afford a pair of shoes. Forget party affiliations, sex, race, or other irrelevant factors. Look beyond all the superficiality and do what's best for the future generations. The children need you to make right decisions.

i do no longer see a hill beans of distinction between eighty% of republicans and democrats. For all the dems that whined and complained approximately Bush's spending, they might desire to be scared to death that Obama has spent greater funds in 70 days, than Bush did in his first 4 years. Republicans are no longer putting up any highway blocks, and that i'm hoping that come next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, republicans and reagan democrats vote for conservative or average applicants. the government is not any distinctive than you and that i. in case you get into financial concern, you won't be in a position to dig your self out via increasing you spending. This united states of america is finished as all of us know it. And definite, I do pray for this president and congress each nighttime. with regard to the G-20. many international locations criticized Obama on his spending, Czec chief referred to as him an fool. It grew to become into purely aired on Fox information.

Well he's got as much a chance as anyone. He seems pretty steady, not alot of charisma and he's certainly not running for the presidency for the money he'll make.

The unfortunate part is that independent or third party candidates don't really do well and generally take away votes from the dems. ie. Ralph Nadar.

We should vote for whoever we feel is best at the time to try to help the country out of this mess we're in. I strongly believe no Republican can win in 2008 because of Bush and his followers. They really messed it up. Bloomberg probably wanted out of the Republican Party because in order to be elected he would have to pull out of there.

I am always looking at independent candidates, but haven't found one yet that I could vote for. I don't know enough about Bloomberg except he has money.

Absolutely not. He's one who definitely sides with big business. Under him Manhattan became an exclusive community.
