Well, first of all, I only like authentic Mexican food you find in Mexico or the kind my mom and aunts make. I have so many favorite Mexican dishes. Here are some: pozole, enchiladas, tostadas, sopes, birria, mole, and taquitos would have to be some of my favorites.
