It's been happening for over a year, sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night exactly at 1:11, 1:01, or it happens throughout the day, you get the point, and I always come across the number 11 for some reason no matter what I'm doing or where I'm at.

I have something similar happen to me a lot. But it is with double or triple numbers, like 1:11, or 4:44, 11:11, 2:22, you get the picture. I've heard several things about this. It could be related to numerology. Everyone is supposed to have a number associated with them in numerology. I forget exactly how you calculate it, but it involves adding your birth month and year numbers together and dividing by something or other. You should look it up on a search engine. After the website shows you how to calculate your number it should give you a small explanation about what is important about that number or what it is supposed to represent. You should also check the number 11 and see if it is an important number in numerology. I think it is.
I have also heard that if you repeatedly see something odd like that, it is a spirit trying to relay a message to you.
Some people also say that you subconciously train yourself to look at the clock at that certain time and that is why you keep seeing that number so often. I like how logical that explanation is, but it really doesn't work for me. I often have something external cause me to look at the clock, not just me instinctivey looking at the clock everytime it's 5:55.

A similar thing happens to me.
Every night, I by chance look at a clock to check the time and it is always the numbers 9:11...creepy...no lie!!!

That is so funny I do the exact thing. With 11:11! My ex used to do it w/12:34. I hope someone knows the answer!
