Sure...I hope you don't mind a futon, but it's nice and cool here and you can have your own room with cable.

If you have a fan or two, and a basement or garage. Then set one at the basement/ garage door. Most times the cooler air from the basement will come up and will cool you down.
Also try setting a fan in the window and shutting off some lights. If the temperature is dropping out side then the cool night air will cool down the house.
Something else that will work is a nice cool swim or shower, then to sit in front of the fan. The moisture from your recent swim/shower will make you feel cold when in front of the fan.

We have a guest room, come on over. You'll have to share a bathroom, but at least the bedroom is private. It has a ceiling fan plus we have the a/c on 72 degrees. You are welcome any time, my dear.
