I recently started filling my new 55 gallon aquarium and I started with 10 fish. 6 Black Neons, 2 Red Rasboras, and 2 scissortails. The scissortails and rasboras are pretty small. I was out for the day today and when I came back I saw what had become a school of just 5 black neons and i can't seem to find the other one in the tank. Is it possible he was eaten?

Possible, but doubtful. The black neon would have had to be dead first. More likely you will find your fish on the floor somewhere or in the filter.

No, not possible, none of them are capable of eating a neon.
