Because my friend hit his head on the table hard then he hit his head on the table again soooooooo freakin hard i could hear it 30ft away and he got injured soo badly!

The only way to know for sure if you sustained a fracture is to have it x-rayed. Whenever you have an injury like that, remember to ice it 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off, and elevate it above heart level. Use a frozen bag of vegetables if you don't have an ice pack.
