I cant get in any of the power band except 1st or 3rd sometimes , i have done everything you can think of went through 13 spark plugs changing them and looking at them. I have also replaced the top end kit and replaced the carburetor, i'm all out of ideas. PLEASE HELP!!!!

have you changed the pipe check the jets in the carb, or the filter in the petcock coming out of the gas tank, could be a bad fuel mix if your filling plugs, check the color of your plugs that may tell you if your running to rich

Check the cylinder compression.
You may have changed the piston & rings, but the cylinder could be worn.
Did you check the piston to cylinder wall clearance?
Did you check the ring end gap when you did the top end rebuild?
These are important checks when doing the top end.

could be the stator plate. have you ridden through any water or washed the bike while still hot?
