Just follow few steps:

Redirect 301 to all the existing web page s or URL so that u don't loose the visitors
Secondly, prepare a XML sitemap & submit it in Google Webmaster tools account.
Lastly, in Google webmaster tools, there is a option of removing web pages from Google index. Submit the web page & it will removed from SERP;s of Google.

P.S. if u want to remove the website from SERP then first add the website in Google webmaster tool, verify it & then apply for "Request for Removal" or else i would suggest leave it as it is of u have 301 redirect.

Your best bet is using a 301 redirect. This tells the search engines that the page has permanently moved and then gives it the new address.

Search for "301 redirect" and you'll find lots of tips on how to implement it.
