there is this guy at work about 20 and he keeps saying he is going to shave his eye brows off?

i dont know what is means . he tends to be rude to me well he was so bad that he was almost fired . i have normal eye brows but for some reason when ever the topic or heat and sweating comes up he says this what do you think he is on about .
i am 44 m and he is 20 m .
one more thing i just started wearing a sweat band to help keep cool and not get it in my eyes . i dont know if that has anything to do with his repeated statements
