is there anyway for me to become isp , just like airtel , bsnl , aol etc,. do not bother about the money !do i have to contact IANA for this ? thx for ur support.

No. Never heard of an Entrepeneur getting ready to spend millions of dollars asking for advise in Yahoo Answers.

The above answers remain true. If you have the VC (venture capital to start) then you should be paying a consultant to get you started.

Alternate advice:

My advice would be to start with a community rather than the entire world. Use something unique like wireless ap's to provide internet to say 4-500 users in a community with apartments.

That has worked out great for me and if you use the correct price point you should see an awesome return.

Wel I think if you really had a chance then you wouldnt be asking here..LOL but yea anyone with the right business plan and model can become an IP reseller. I would start with a easier business, but I have seen small companies become ISP's.

Buy servers and bandwidth and a block af Addys and you can start competeing with the big boys. GL

Yes of course. Register your company, buy some backbone fiber optics with high bandwidth and redistribute it. You don't have to get IANA approval for this.
