when i turn the key to start the car theres no juice in that harness that plugs in to the solenoid, so for now im jumping the starter, from the positive to the solenoid with a switch in the car pls someone help me thanks .......

Two things one is inhibit relay and the park neutral switch behind the shift cable. TRY this Turn the key to crank and move the automatic shift lever from park to neutral. IF it is Manual look at the clutch switch and pedal lever there is suposed to be a rubber grommet that pushes that switch closed. Cable on auto trans the end bushing wears out. Manual clutch grommet crumbles to dust pices of amber rubber on the carpet. Some time remove the cover behind the steering wheel and look at the back of the ingnition switch and Black with white Solonid wire is there test light to see if it powers when turned to crank.
