Chili for sure!!! Make sure you have sour cream, shredded cheese and crackers :)
If not.. then Smoked Sausage!!!

The sausages will be faster, about 20 minutes in a 400-degree oven, and while they cook, you can steam some vegetables in the microwave.
My favorite fast meal is that steak in sweet red chili sauce that they sell at the Costco with broccoli done as above. Good enough for company, very fast, doable with very little mess.
