I insert the disc it came with and when I reinstall it (only option) it doesn't do anything.

Oh, fyi there's no Belkin in the Control Panel, that was the first thing I tried to do.

I also tried to reinstall again to see if that would uninstall it, and nope...

Take a look at Control Panels --> Add/Remove Software and see if the software is listed there. If it is, then you may be able to remove it from there.

Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add Remove Programs

Go to the Control Panel
Double click the Add/Remove Programs icon
Search through the list of installed programs for the Belkin software
Click on it once to select it, and you should get a "Remove" button
Click the "Remove" button

my computer--disk drive ( c )--windows--programs
do the add/remove thing
delete from downloads folder
delete all shortcuts from desktop--all programs
right click start--properties--taskbar--customize
choose always hide
regseeker has a software remover
