I have a newly launched website. Goole indexed it 3 weeks ago when i had a 'coming soon' page up there, and even though the full site is now launched, the result in google is still from my 'coming soon' page.

I have resubmitted the URL, submitted a sitemap and started an adwords campaign, but still it has not re-indexed my site.

Is there somehting i need to do?

There are literally books written on this topic.
The one thing that I would suggest is to try and get some relevant links from other established websites.
Next just check your meta tags, keywords and other descriptions with this free service:

They also have a free generator if you need to make any alterations.
Next, it can take weeks and sometimes months before your site will be indexed.
Just keep working on improving it's unique content and backlinks. It also does not hurt to start a blog with links back to your website.

It might be that google has indexed your site but on a next update will show the latest cache, It happened to few of my new web pages but later after a month or two, it showed me the latest cache date.

Still, there are two ways to see the google cache,
1) google toolbar
2) Google search - Just click on Cache beside your URl in SERP. This usually shows the current cache of the site.

Lastly, submit your website in few of the popular web directories like dmoz.org, joeant, yahoo directory and many other. These directopries are often crawled by Google & once found your website, definetely google crawls it.
