I am moving to Italy in September. I plan on selling all of my furniture but have quite a bit that I will need to move. I will have boxes of clothing, books, personal items, etc. Shipping through the USPS is not an option as they no longer offer ground postage out of the country, by air it is much to expensive. Any ideas?

My corporation transports containers from overseas almost on a weekly basis. I will assist you if you are serious. My containers are inbound. However, I can arrange to have a container delivered to your location and facilitate all transport logistics. International shipping is not the easiest of tasks. Email me at craig@chmgroupinc.com. You may also visit my website and contact thru this venue.

Look into boat-transport. I know of two people, friends of the family, who imported cars for Europe and brought it through boat. They had to pay for the transport but they said it was a LOT cheaper than air transport. Only took about 2 weeks, too.
