As you are unable to copy-write a book title or words within a book, I am sure many people have wrote the ''Book of Hate''.

An ex-girlfriend gave a me "the little book of hate", a tiny blank book in which I was supposed to write down all the people I hated.
Guess who was the only person to make it in there.

My parents have told me all my life that hate is a very strong word. My x cheated on me for nearly a year with a girl a lot younger than myself. Ikeep making jokes in all my answers on here about hating him but i dont think even he has brought out such a vile emotion in me. To get back to your question, I dont know who wrote the book either but i shall investigate. hmmmm
