Umm it would depend on how responsible you are. I got my first phone at 10 but i am also a very responsible person and I work around the house to prove to my parents that i really want it. So if you will work for it and your responsible, then ya but if not then no you need to wait a couple years! ; ]

you should only get a cell phone if your old enough to pay for it yourself.....without mommy or daddy's help.

You have money to pay for one? You have a job and work? Like babysitting, so you can pay for your minutes? Hmmm makes you think about paying for one. If you can't pay for one, don't get one. Simple as that. THAT IS with your money not MOMMY and DADDY.

im 14 and i got one when i was 13 so i think there to young cuz there are some bad things you can get to on those things
