Alright, thus far you have been given a lot of false information.
Firstly, all reptiles carry salmonella. 100% of anything scaly is infected with salmonella 100% of the time. However, it is not often in a form that it can infect you. Secondly, the "24-hour flu" or "stomach flu" is not salmonella, but rather something entirely different. Salmonella is much more serious.
That's the bad news. Here's the good news. Firstly, the water is likely not carrying salmonella viral strains, or, at least, not strains that can easily enter the human body and cause illness. Secondly, the eye is not exactly the most likely place to get infected with salmonella. As long as you weren't drinking your turtle's water, you should be fine.
In the future, in addition to added caution, I would recommend keeping a bottle of hand soap with disinfectant next to your turtle enclosure, and wash your hands before and after working in your turtle enclosure. Also, bleach in your eyes will likely cause more issues than the salmonella virus itself.

Odds are against it. If your turtle is kept in cyrstal clean water, the odds are very low.
Even if you DO get Salmonella, you obviously think it is a more serious disease than it is.
Salmonella shows up usually between 6 and 48 hours after exposure. It usually causes some diarrhea and some vomiting (which colds and flus rarely cause), and it usually only lasts about 24 hours.
It is usually called the '24 hour bug' or 'stomach flu'- in both cases, whenever the germ is cultured, it is almost always Salmonella.
You often hear that Salmonella can be dangerous- it MAY be if you are very young or old (usually dehydration is the risk) or immuno-compromised. Otherwise- it is really not a big deal.

Calm down, everything is fine. You are most likely not contamintaed with salmonella, not all turtles carry it. If you were, here are the ymptoms. lethargy, anorexia, and diarrhea. In chronic cases, arthritis (particularly in pigeons) may be present. With high dose infections excessive thirst, conjunctivitis along with indications of liver, spleen, kidney or heart damage can occur. Dont worry about it. I would say you are more likely to get it by touching the turtle, then fromt he water it swims in.

Salmon's are actually fish that swim, you can eat them and cook them to a pink color. Grizzly Bears actually love to fish for them on river water falls.
