I'm 26 weeks pregnant and Ive never had much morning sickness. Well tonight I've been naseaus for 2 hours now, but havent thrown up. I have a sharp pain in my tummy right in the middle about an inch above my belly button. The vision in my right eye keeps getting cloudy too. Any ideas what could be wrong?

The blurred vision along with the upper abdominal pain are two classic signs of a dangerous disease called pre-eclampsia. Call your doc, and go to the ER now [ not an urgent care, a place with L&D where they can monitor the baby.]
GO NOW!

In some instances, a woman may experience blurry vision or spots in front of her eyes while pregnant. These symptoms can be caused by an increase in blood pressure during pregnancy. At excessive levels, high blood pressure can even cause retinal detachment. As for the belly ache, could be anything, so get up and go to the doctor's, now!

Please go see a doctor as soon as possible, blurred vision when pregnant can be caused by high blood pressure and that is not a good thing to have, it can lead if untreated to a detached retina, which would cause you to become partially blind, so ....go see a doctor as soon as you can.
You can go to your county Hospital Emergency Room, if it is after hours for your doctor..
