Just reserve your hotel room on-line. If you use Travelocity or Hotels.com (probably other sites too), they will charge you the entire room upfront. When you get there just give them your credit card, and when they ask just show them your ID. Since you have already paid for your room, they are not going to kick you out. There is even a good chance they will not know that you are only 18, just don't dress like a kid. Of course you need to have a credit card in your name for this to work. Just ask your parents to give you one. Tell them you will let them hold it when you don't need it and will only spend what they let you and no more.
There is no law against 18 year old getting a room, this is a hotel policy. They do not have to enforce it if they don't want, and what hotel is going to make a kid sleep on the street?

This Site Might Help You.
RE:
I need a list of hotels that have a check in age of 18 and up in Nashville, TN!?
Ideally, it will be in the actual Nashville area, and not surrounding areas like Smryna.
Brentwood and Franklin would be fine!

Have a parent make the reservation and pay for the hotel with their credit card. Make sure they tell the front desk that YOU will be checking in, not them. As long as the room is paid for and the card holder assumes responsibility for your behavior and any damage that might occur during your stay, the hotel really doesn't care. Most 18 year olds don't have credit cards in their name and you can't book a hotel without one. So they all say "21+" assuming by the time you are 21 you'll have a credit card in your own name and as a legal adult they can sue you for damages or unpaid expenses. They can't do that with a minor.

When I went to Green Bay, Wisconsin, it was really hard to get a hotel only being 18. What I did was reserve my room with Holiday Inn and paid for it before I showed up. But when I got there, they tried to tell me I had to be an "adult". They told me being an "adult" consists of you being 21. Well, I argued with them for about 2 hours until I convinced the manager to take me into his office and read the Holiday Inn website. On the website it said you had to clarify that you were 18. And it said in many spots that you had to be an "adult". So basically after hours of arguing he agreed with me. He told me he will have to get the website changed. I also had trouble when I was in Omaha, Nebraska. The only hotel I could find was named Microtel. See if you can find one in Tennessee. It's cheap and it was probably one of the best hotels I stayed in. Hopefully you have better luck than I did. Just check a bunch of hotel websites and look carefully. Good luck! Oh and by the way, you might have better luck in Brentwood or Franklin.
