No way will they do that. Find another occupation. Commercial carriers will not hire you insurance will cost them a fortune. CDL comes with strings attached. Driving your personal car speeding 5 miles over you just have to say your guilty and pay the ticket. No exceptions CDL has to show all violations of traffic laws. In a couple of years get the DUI record ex-sponged
