While a simple answer would be, believe what ever you want people to agree with, even when you really don't. The Power of thought. If you can persuade one person into seeing what you see, you can make a million more see it. It is possible, but the reality is, do you really want others to just agree with you because you can make them? People have open minds, most anyway, which allows them to have views that they formulate after knowing the surroundings of such, whether factual or not. Point is yes you can change how people see things and you can change what they see, but why would you as long as you know you can. Isn't it is more exciting to see the various view people have. What fun is it really if everyone sees things the very same way you do?

I'm actually pretty good at it. Influence takes both skill and natural ability. If you're bad at it, or you're not the quickest at the draw, you'll probably never get that great at it. Popularity and respect also have a lot to do with it.

EDIT: Wow, did that sound as self-inflating and arrogant as I think it did? It's not quite what I meant, popularity and respect have some to do with it, but you don't neccessarily need it. You should look up a book on it at your local library.

That really depends on how u present it. The words must be very carefully said. Sometimes, it may invovle combining their opinion and urs so that it satisfies both parties. Or maybe u want to put in some proof that u r right. For example, I have been right last time, so maybe this time....
Above all, a nice sweet smile will melt them down. U don't want to get them angry!

First and foremost: let the underlying truth of what you say carry the day. If you have to manipulate people so they agree with you, then you don't deserve to have them agree with you. If you're trying to convince someone of your point of view, then make sure you have enough supporting evidence, and say it in a non-threatening way, slowly showing how your point of view is at least as valid as theirs. If you need to deceive them because you simply want your way to be the only way, then you're simply a manipulator and shouldn't be taught how to be good at it.

wow. why would you want to surround yourself with fake people. how could you ever learn a different point of veiw if everyone agreed with you. and these things that you want people to agree with, are they factual? have you lived through these things that you are trying to prove.? ignorance is bliss. i dont want to be ignorant. i try to live by the facts. i state a fact if ive lived through it. its not right to be opinionated so passionately on a subject you learned through hearsay or a book. live through it first and then you know your right. and then if people still disagree with you then you know that these people are just closed minded and ignorant. be more open minded and listen to other peoples life experiences and views. its amazing how interesting it is to learn something new or to have new thinking on a previous idea of something

Make sure you're knowledgeable of the topic which you are trying to receive agreement. If you know what you're talking about, and have supporting facts to back up what you're talking about, then people will start to believe that you are speaking fact.
