First of all there isn't a quick fix so you'll have to be dedicated and work hard which is the problem my friend and I are dealing with. But If anybody wants to lose that much weight they must EXERCISE and eat Healthy. Trust me that will work but you have to do it everyday. Good Luck!!

Wow thats a lot i would suggest for you to pick up a diet plan . Also, there a new pills named Alli there $70 but there very effective to help help you lose 50% more than you would lose with diet and exercise alone. Also, you should exercise daily for a good 45mins. Stay away from Mcdonlads and fatning food. Substitute your regular drinks to diet or just palin water. Good luck

Because of your age and starting weight I suggest talking with your parents or a trusted adult about setting up an appointment with your doctor to help you work on a healthy diet and exercise program. It's important to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water. Gradually start an exercise program by walking fifteen minutes three times weekly and increasing your workout as you feel comfortable.

I think you should try to be as active as possible. Swimming is a great way to lose weight. On average losing 2 pounds a week is what is healthy so your goal will have to take a bit longer then you'd like.

I have lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. do not eat anything with sugar. no sodas no koolaid, no candy, no sugar in coffee only black,
no white breads no potatoes, nochips any
kind, no cheese. no fried food at all.
Now to what you can have, fruit, vegies, rice, water, water,water, nuts,chicken but no skins at all, steak but trim all fat off.
and as hard as it is you will need to change your exersize behaviours. you need to swim daily or walk for 10 - 15 min about 3 times a day. try crunches but makesure youre doing them properly.
good luck . Thats all Ive changed and its working. Become a doer. move around

Use your bike a lot and do any other kind of execise you can think of that will burn carbs. Its the summer go out and have fun instead of sitting in front of the PC all day.

i agree with most of the other suggestions, except for the one about "alli" the new diet pill
u dont need diet pills, and they can hav bad side effects. stay away from them

YOU WILL HAVE TO WORKOUT BY JOGGING ALOT! USE YOUR COACH TO DO SIT UPS AND PUSHUPS TO TURN MAYBE FAT INTO MUSCLE THEN YOU WILL BE STRONG U KNO
