I can no longer eat it because i can't stand it

yes, but it tastes SO good!! So I eat it anyway!! I wonder y it does that? Hopefully not on purpose or I'll sue that ******** Captain Crunch for all his gold!

It takes practice but just chew with your molars and don't let the captain hurt you. Practice makes perfect.
