yes 2% milk has around 8 grams of protein per 8 oz serving...not a whole lot but its better than most other drinks.

Milk helps to strengthen bones. It's the calcium that's in it. Whole milk has more fat/calories in it so I would suggest tyring 2%, 1% or skim. They have the same amount of calcium with less fat.
