You mean tire right lol lol, first of all, if your on a slight hill, you might want to block the front tiers or back tires depending what tire or tires need to be changed, its better to be safe then sorry, a parked car is never safe! First pull the hub caps off the tire thats needs to be changed, then you losen te lug nuts with the tire iron or 4-way, then you jack up the car so you have the tire up off the ground, just high enough so the tire is not touching the ground, the you take off the loosened lug nuts, then you take the tire of the car, then you put the good tire back on the car and tighten the lug nuts, then you lower the car back donw on the ground, then you go back and make sure the lug nuts or really tight!! before you tighten the lug nute you want to tighten every other one and go that way, you dont want to tighten everyone in a row, make sure you tighten every other one and make sure its as tight as you can get it then put the hub cap back on and your on your way!!

On a lot of models, they have the instructions in the owners manual. Now would be a good time to take a look at learn how to do it. If none of the above apply, then get your friends or your family to show you how to do it. When my girls were driving, when it was time to rotate the tires, I made them do it under my supervision. That way when they did have a problem they would be familiar with the process and be able to do it safely. Luckily, the occasion never happened.
