They're actually about equal. Pediatrics is one of the quickest residencies to finish. Accordingly, the basic pediatrician is one of the lowest paid physicians (physician = doctor; you seem to have a problem understanding that. It's like attorney = lawyer; same meaning).

This is not such an easy question.
Pharmacists who work for chain pharmacies may earn around $100,000 or more a year. Pharmacists who have special skills may earn considerably more. A few pharmacists who are research specialists or who work in pharmacy sales can make very much more.
Pediatricians are probably the lowest paid physicians. In an HMO a pediatrician might make only about $80,000 a year. But in different practices, and if there is some special skill involved, then the earnings might be greater, but probably not very much greater. Maybe double or triple or something like that in very unusual cases.
It is nice to think about making these very good salaries, but in order to become a physician or pharmacist you have to go through a very tough Doctoral level training. Admission to the programs is really competitive and the courses are tough. So, if you want to get into these areas, you need to be a top student who welcomes hard work and difficult studies.
Good luck.
