I offer them on http://graphicaddiction.net BUT you can make one all by yourself! All you need is a paint program, like PSP (paint shop pro) **has a FREE trial download ** .......An icon is a 100X100 image. Thats all! If you would like to get more complicated, you can animate it by downloading animation shop 3 (also free trial)...hope this helps!!

I'd say that you can probably do it in Microsoft Paint. All you need to do is get your demensions set to the right ones and then you can paste pictures. They might have to be resized though.
