as the article notes, the footage was filmed two days before the airing of RAW and there are no FBI agents involved.
that being said, Vince might be dead for purposes of the WWE shows. A lot of theories are going around that he'll likely come back because he likes the attention too much, so it could just be a "trick". either way, he's not really dead.
