If you was raped, why would you now want to say it's consensual to get him off the hook? You are either extremely forgiving and full of insight or not looking at this correctly

It doesn't matter in most states if the two of you just had sex together or he actually raped you.

You are 13, and thus the court system will say that you aren't old enough to make such choices for yourself. That because of his age, he did it malliciously and it wasn't about love. I know that you might not like hearing this, but your testimony would mean squat to them. He's going to go down for this because he's a legal adult who slept with a minor, it's against the law to do so.

The only way that you could get time off for him is one of two things, 1. good behavior will cut his sentance in half (if he gets 3 years...it would only be a year and a half if he behaves well, does what they tell him, and maybe even does some college things through correspondance). 2. The defense attorney, his school, psycological records can prove that he is mentally challanged and thus not capable of fully understanding right from wrong. His attorney is fully aware of theese things though, and I'm sure if he is mentally challenged, that it will be taken into consideration when sentancing comes around.

So here's the deal: He's an adult and you are a minor, which makes it statutory rape. But, In most states you aren't old enough to give consent, which makes it rape. In some states a 13 year old is considered a child, which would make it rape of a child, which carries very long sentances - like 20 to 40 years. If he's only facing 3 years, he's lucky! Personally, I think a 19 year old that has sex with a 13 year old is a pervert and needs sexual deviant treatment along with some jail time.

ok so you were raped and now are having his child and you want to get this guy off the hook so he can be the BEST father to this child and GOD knows that he will treat you like the QUEEN that you are right? i think that you need to let the courts put him away to get the point across that you should not have sex with a 13 year old. but thank GOD you telling the courts that does not change anything, sorry that this happend to you but it is not too late for you to give your child a great life and you deserve someone to love and honor you not take advange of you. God Bless and good luck with the bundle of joy!

A 19 year old has no business having sex with a 13 year old. She shouldn't even be having sex. If he raped you why do you want to help him get out of jail. He's going to do 3 years but you are lookiing at a lifetime of being a mother while you're still a kid yourself.

No time will be knocked off. At 13 you are not at the age of consent so either way it's rape. Why would you want to help get a rapist off?

In most states it won't matter because of your age. And if he is looking at 3 years that isn't much time. I know in Michigan he would also have to register as a sex offender because of your age.

The court would probably be more lenient.

He would still be guilty of statutory rape (illegal sex with a minor), but a Liberal judge might reduce his sentence. There is no way to know how much.

The judge might further consider leniency if you enticed him into sex, or misrepresented your age.

It's considered rape anyways. I'm sorry you have had to become an adult at such an early age.
