I'd have to say -- my eggplant parmigiana.
Also a taco dip that I make with hamburger, cream cheese, salsa and Monterey Jack cheese.
My lasagna is very good as well.
My honey makes some really good spicy burgers. Yumm-O.

I think my spicy gourmet burgers rock! I made some for my sweetheart and she really liked them a lot. She is an excellent cook and her lasagna most definetly rocks!
