Okay, I got this much.

Now how can I make it so it only says a sentence on the page and have everything else blank?

I have no idea why you are using CSS to do that, or what you are even doing. Repost and be more specific about what you are trying to do.

If all you want is a blank page and with a sentence on it, then there is definately no need for a style sheet.

I guess I am too simple minded but if there is only one sentance on the HTML portion of the page the rest of the page will be blank without any CSS.

Now if you want CSS to style that one sentance you just set the parameters you want.
