Someone was mean to my good friend Ms. Knowitall on here- and she is always so nice to everyone, is a 29 year old widow with a child (can you imagine going through that by the age of 29??) who comes on here for fun.

One other poster I saw 2 days ago posted something about missing her dad on Fathers day as he recently passed away and a troll put that he hoped her dad was rotting in hell.

I know we all get sarcastic and joke and stuff-but do people forget there is a real person on the other side of the avatar? What makes a person so full of hatred that post stuff like that to someone who lost a loved one?

(I don't mean the normal sarcastic banter, I mean the outright cruel, nasty stuff for no reason, designed to be hurtful.)

Thank you Shaz, a lot of these answers and your question really made me feel better...

I've been pretty bummed, i've got a nasty stalker and few others seem to be be joining him in his mission.

Thanks AGAIN!!!

I couldn't agree with you more.

The funny thing is that I saw this question just as I was posting an apology to someone who I think I offended some time back. I swear!
I didn't mean to hurt them, I was "trying" to be funny, then I thought to myself, "well, they can't hear me so when they read it, it probably came across totally different"

I've said it MANY times before on here and I'll say it again, it's amazing how many people seem to have a set of balls on them when they're behind a computer. None of them would have the guts to say even HALF the stuff they do on here to someone in person.

Your friend did not deserve someone being so outright nasty and cruel. Karma's a b i t c h , and who ever it was who said such a nasty thing will get theirs!

I always think about the people behind the screen names and avatar. That is why I never try to be mean. Everyone has their story, their problems and even the ones who deserve to be put in their place so to speak,I still think about their feelings.
I like Ms.knowitall and I cannot understand why anyone would be mean to her.
Like I have said many times there is a difference between being sarcastic and down right mean

One giant star for you! I have to tell you that I really pissed a guy off and I truly didn't mean to and I still feel just horrible about it. He posted a Youtube link and the video was extremely suggestive and featured young boys in what looked like masturbation scenes. I reported it (which by the way I've only done one other time) but I made the mistake of telling him that I reported him. OMG for two weeks I got hate mail from him and his friends. I said I was sorry, but they just wouldn't let it go... Anyway, I try very hard to give honest but kind answers, I would hate to think that I ever hurt some one on here.

Take off that beanie and put that stovepipe back on- you are one well spoken Peep!

Maybe your friend is just taking a vacation? The hateful stuff does get tiresome. I do my best not to be mean to anyone here, but you can't *always* be sure how things come off. But the troll stuff is a no-brainer, why people engage them at all I'll never know.

Great question Shaz! Actually it's kind of funny because one of the people that answered above responded to a question Msknowitall posted and snapped on her. Which brings about another question ... I wonder if some people even pay attention to the fact that they're being mean?

Wish I could give you 100 stars and 5 millon points for this one. Not to mention that you're hysterically funny, and your quick witt is immeasurable. Keep being the Shaz we all know and love. =)

That's just horrible and cruel. I'm sorry they were so ugly to her. I hope she gets an apology, but most of all I hope she's okay. Mean people suck!! There is a line between being sarcastic and being so demented that you would mock other people's pain and losses. That line should never EVER be crossed. ( I lost 3 family members in one year, it's very, very hard)

lots of the "claims" of trinitarians are unquestionably blasphemy against their own trinity doctrine.... did you recognize? They declare the daddy isn't the son and vice versa. the daddy did no longer come to earth to stay as a guy, the SON did. yet, they constantly turn around and say Jehovah IS Jesus (for this reason the daddy-Jehovah is the Son Jesus). they say we are fake impression their doctrine as quickly as we are saying that have faith Jesus is his very own Father, and so on. and accuse us of stupidity. perhaps they might desire to start catching the words they sort/say. definite, on my own potential purely a million no longer 2, no longer 3, and so on. good assertion. Edited to function (boy particularly published and already 4 thumbs up and four down)... properly, we could bypass a touch farther with logic.... they are continuously saying 1X1X1=a million and comparable multiplication sayings to declare any huge type more suitable via itself any sort of cases continues to be a million. Does that wisely prepare to the trinity coaching? properly we could examine their data texts of trinity mutually with Matthew 28:19 any Bible....KJV right here. 19Go ye consequently, and show all international locations, baptizing them interior the call of the daddy, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Baptizing interior the call of the daddy "AND" (plus or +) of the Son, AND (plus or +) the Holy Ghost.... So all of us understand a million AND a million = 2...a million AND a million AND a million=3.....2 and a pair of=4....want i bypass on? yet another occasion of blasphemy against their own data textual content textile/concept. There are greater..... Debbie

I try not to be mean to anyone when I answer them. I would hope that people would show the same respect. Just being sarcastic, and joking is ok. But people should not be mean to anyone.

If I'm mean to someone its for a good reason, so no. It only if they were mean first.

I encourage people to use the blocking method. If we can get all of P&S to block users like Smitty, Tom J, etc., they'd have no access to anyones questions, answers, profiles, email, etc. Use it! They'll be virtually blocked- for good!
