SAS or any type of nursing shoe is good--they're made for standing/walking in all day. Uniform shops carry them and some outlet and retail malls as well. Good luck!

Most nurses that I know are on their feet all day. The most important thing is a shoe that's big enough with a good arch support. Most of them buy the Reebok tennis shoe. You can also go to a uniform supply store and find some good work shoes. Al tough I would try Reebok first, cheap but good product.{if something happens to them before the accepted life span of the shoe and you have you receipt,Rebok has in the past made it good} Supply stores have good shoes, cost a pretty penny; but durable comfortable and most are ugly.

SAS makes great shoes for just that. And some of them even look pretty good.

I stand all day as well... I like my Doc Martins and my Born's for support.
