Check out the resale shops in your area - the dress will be slightly used, but clean, and in excellent condition, and you'll get a better dress for your money than you could get otherwise. In California, the stars put their clothes in them all the time.

Charlotte russe. I bought 2 there about 2 years ago and still wear them more than my more expensive dresses. Also try Macys or Kohls.
