Nope, no matter what the tank mates or plants etc, a male and female will not coexist for very long in a 33 gallon tank. It would require a far, far larger tank.

you have angels with neons and danios? danios maybe, since they're fast and great dither fish. but the angel doesnt eat the neons?
yoyo botia, more commonly known as the yoyo loach gets to 6 inches. angels can get to 10 inches. you may need to start thinking of a bigger tank.
sometimes if a tank is big enough and very heavily planted then yes, male bettas and female bettas can live in the same tank.
but not 33 gallons. i would not try that if i were you.

No I wouldn't recommend it although I do this at times. I have a 36 gallon tank that I sometimes place my male in with my 2 female Betta's. My Betta is very calm but I am also a SAHM so I can keep a eye on them at all times. Also I see you have Angelfish in there and aren't they aggressive? You should only house Betta's with peaceful fish.
