Well according to the other people who have answered you question, the answer is yes.But do we really want to have this classic remade.I mean, look at some of the movies they've remade in the past:"Godzilla"sucked as a remake,"Psycho"was just the same movie except they made it look like Norman was spanking it while he watched the woman through the hole in the wall."The Hills Have Eyes"pair of remakes were nothing more than a showcase for gore as was "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre"remakes.Granted there have been a few good remakes, such as "Batman Begins",but most have sucked big time. Why can't Hollywood come up with something new for a change.I would probably still watch a "Clash of the Titans"movie, but I would not be surprised if they mess it up like the others.

...get ready to get happy, fellow "Clash of the Titans" fan; writer Lawrence Kasdan, who wrote "The Empire Strikes Back", "Return of the Jedi" and "Raiders of the Lost Ark", is scribing the remake, as we speak.

...they couldn't have possibly picked a better writer for this one, considering his past history...

...stay tuned for who's directing, and the casting; should be something to look forward to!!!
