Curveball, Knucklecurve, 4 seam, 2 seam and my best, splitter. How can i get the most movement and speed. How can i throw others.

Let the movement come naturaly and dont try to make perfect pitches.

Concentrate on your fastball and one off speed pitch and forget the others. You don't need to try and figure out how to throw every pitch. You will be a much better pitcher if you can throw two pitches very well. Young guys like to talk about how many pitches they can throw when the real question is "How many pitches can you throw well?"

buy a video, fromer players have great videos that really help
and they only cost about 10 bucks
they have videos for all pitches
