When people write emails or questions using absolutely no punctuation, or when people write IN ALL CAPS?

Punctuation annoys me more, for many people now cannot spell, do not use punctuation (correctly, or at all!), and cannot create or complete simple sentences. It does not help that we are creating a society that likes to "write in code". I personally cannot stand all of these acronyms being used (such as LOL - laugh out loud). The way society is headed is not beneficial for the continuation of the English language.

Probably when people write in all caps, cause I can usually figure out the lack of punctuation points.

No punctuation by far. I have never minded CAPS. I like seeing large letters and if the punctuation is there is is a pleasure to read. I have never understood why others get so ticked off with CAPS saying it is "yelling"...please..it is not.

ALL CAPS. I am quite a punctuation girl too, but the all caps have to be the worst.

No punctuation.
One of my friends, use to always send me text messages with no punctuation whatsoever! It was so annoying, and I could never really understand what she was trying to say. T_T
As for all caps, that's annoying as well. I feel people are mad/excited when they type in all caps. o_O

It annoys me more to use when people do not use any punctuation marks. All caps is annoying, too, it just annoys me less.

No punctuation.
At least with the CAPS you have some idea of sentence structure.
With the other you can read many different meanings into a post.

The punctuation thing. It really does matter, lack of a comma can change the entire meaning of a sentence.
