1.Have a nice loose grip. A tight grip slows it down.

2.Let the ball roll off your fingers. It will give it an extra jump.

3.Use your legs not your arm. Legs are the key to power pitching.

I am a college pitcher and I can tell you, that if you want better velocity work on the lower body so you can get better push off the rubber, and it all depends on how good your mechanics are, and where your arm angle is, try staying on the balls of your feet when pitching you can get better push off and try to stay in the center of your body and work on your balance, when i got my mechanics down i added 8 MPH on my fastball and am now hitting consistently between 89-92.

Like the first guy said, loose grip. Use your le strengh. You the mound and the rubber to your advantage, push off to get more body speed. That will put less stress on your arm.

make sure that you get your arm as way back as possible, lift weights with your pitching arms, get a good leg drive off of the mound, and make sure that you turn your hips when letting go of the ball and following through.

Push ups slap your hands between them and maybe get up to one armed push ups also flys on a bench press.Let it begin in your feet and direct it through your entire body with allot of hip twist go to science of a knock out.

Workout on the arm your using and aim higher to pitch then lower.

push off the rubber with your foot and follow through it will give you lots more speed on the pitch

do what the 1st guy said, put also work on your OTHER arm, trust me work out on both of them and try to make them equally strong, this will really help u
