2004 Astro. Blower for air/heat no longer working at all in the back. Kicks on very rarely. In the front, blower sometimes comes on when we slam the doors or hit a bump. Any suggestions?

sounds like either a loose connection on a fan motor, or a loose fuse.

check your fuses and look in your manual and find the blower motor, check it's connections.

sounds like a bad connection in your wires. i'd try locating as many ground wires and take loose from the body and make sure your getting good contact by taking some sandpaper and cleaning the terminals ,bolts, and the contact point on the body. hope this helps but it does sound like a corroded wire at some point in the system.

Sounds like a loose elecrical connection somewhere. Take it to an auto electric repair shop and get it looked into.

If you are pretty good with electrics, then you can most likely find a schmetic on autozone's web site and trace down the problem yourself. good luck.

needs new motor. if you do this your self then make sure you hook the wires up right. the fan works both ways. if you hook it up wrong it will pull air instead of blow air.
