by humans? always; there is a song by Rebecca St.James "Cradle Prayer" that talks about trials and friends going by but that the only things that matters is Him (God).
No friend is %100 trust worthy, i have personally experienced that, sometimes i feel all these 3 words you have said but that's when i remember that God has been always there waiting for me to think of him.
