Depends on what you're looking for. Stephen King has written a lot of books and they don't all read the same way.
If you liked Cujo and you want the same kind of thing, try Pet Semetary or Christine. Maybe Carrie. These are early books and I have to say, not my favorites. They're scary and fun but a little pointless and simple in my opinion. However, a cool, quick summer read.
If you want a horror novel that is a bit more complex and interesting but still scary (even more so, maybe) read the Stand, IT or Needful Things. In this same category and very good are the 2 books that S. King co-wrote with Peter Straub (also a good horror writer, check him out). These are Talisman and Black House. I think they are very good, the two writers are apparently good friends and they work well together.
If you are looking for something different then the average horror writer's work, I recommend the Gunslinger series (7 books). The first one is called The Gunslinger. He wrote that one 20 years ago, or so, and the last one a year or two ago. It's a series that spans his career and, I think, constitutes his best and most interesting work. I'd say, try a few of his Stephen King's other books and if you enjoy his style, tackle this series.
btw, I haven't mentioned a lot of his books, especially his newer ones. I think, in general, his work has gotten more formulaic in later years.

Go back to really early Stephen King and read Carrie, it is different from a lot of his other books.
Firestarter is also really good, has a super creepy villain.
These are on top of the other excellent recommendations from other people.

The Shining. After you read the book you can watch the movie, and it really is a cool book. Definitely one of my favorites. My next favorites would have to be Pet Semetary (way creepy) and Firestarter.

i will never read that book again, because it scared me so bad! i'm always tempted to pick it up but then i remember sleeping with the lights on for nights on end. i always tell people to read this book if they want to really be frightened.
the dark tower series are my favorite stephen king books. i just finished reading insomnia and hearts in atlantis.
