NO one is happy with their penis size at 13! There is not any exercises to make it larger. It will all happen soon enough1

give it time. you probably havent even hit pubirty yet. I am 14 and most of the guys in my class didnt till they turned 14

how long is it? Its most likely going to get bigger, you are still 13.
