Pushing would require similar muscle usage. However, in pushing, your legs would do more work. Pulling would require more upper body strength.

In general, an average person's legs are stronger than their arms. Therefore, pushing would be easier when you have enough tension in your upper body and use your legs to to do the pushing.

Pulling is more stressful to your muscles in your back and more likely to cause injury.

To me it is :D. I guess so, since you can use your body weight to help with the pushing, making it easier. Pulling's not fun D:

If moving a car is concerned pushing reqires more power.Pulling requires less power because you are aide by the push of gravity due to the fact you have the best leverage.

It depends on which muscles you're using (which way your arms are turned). Think of pull-ups--easier when your palms are turned towards you and you're using your biceps.
