Look up an organization called SCORE. That stands for Service Corps Of Retired Executives. They are volunteers that work with the SBA to help aspiring entrepreneurs like yourself get a business up and running successfully. These retired businessmen have forgotten more about business than most young business owners will ever know, so their advice is golden - especially considering the fact that it won't cost you a dime. They even have seminars that you can attend to learn what you need to know. Those guys are awesome. I strongly recommend that you try them.
Good Luck

There are lots of great community resources such as SCORE or similar programs through the SBA, but the best thing to do is figure out what you are interested in, find a person who you deem to be the most successful (while still being approachable) in the field you want to be in, and offer them free help (typically you will do grunt work like cold calls, or marketing fulfillment) in return for allowing you the opportunity to learn their business. Be reliable and helpful instead of a drain on their time and resources and be open to really learning, and you will hopefully find a great match!
