If i upgrade my video card to a Geforce 7300 how would they look then?

For those games, not that great..
You need a better video card (at LEAST a Radeon X1650 or Geforce 7300GT) and definitely bump your RAM up to 1GB.
The processor isn't the fastest, but with a good video card and some RAM, those would run fine.

u need to download the pc version of those games. if you already did and u still have problem with it, then it probably has to do with ur graphics card.

for doom 3 you definitly need more RAM, i was aculy lookin at buyin just earler, the others i dont know

it might run those but it would not look great. upgrade to 1gb of memory neways
