Hey...the HRC puts out a buyer's guide that is just amazing. It ranks all major businesses on how gay friendly they are. Here is the link.

Definitely Starbucks. I have plenty of straight and gay friends who work for the company and they often discuss how Starbucks is an incredibly "rainbow friendly" place to work for. They provide health, dental, and eye care for their gay employees and even their life partners. They do not require that you have a marriage license if you're gay because well, WE CANT legally get married yet! (at least in Cali, where I'm from). Also, I know from experience that in Long Beach and Los Angeles (gay) Pride they always have Starbucks tents set up and they even sell Pride/Starbucks t-shirts! Starbucks is way gay friendly!

I don't know of any companies but the insurance company "United Healthcare" is very gay friendly. They insure gay couples. So I would assume that some of the companies that use United Healthcare as their insurance would be gay friendly. I hoped this helped some.

The Disney Company is one of the largest employers in the US and they have a total non-discrimination policy. They are very open about supporting gay rights and hiring gay employees. They even have a "red shirt" day for gay and lesbian celebration. It is totally awesome too.
