You sound great - could you have a talk with my wife for me :)
I've said it before on hear and I'll say it again.....
Men want: 1) A maid in the parlor
2) A cook in the kitchen
and 3) A whore in the bedroom
We are very simple creatures and the above three things will make us happy and will make us want to keep you happy (and keep our eyes and thoughts from wanderring).
It really IS that simple. Women often want to make it more complex than it is.

If you are true in what you say, that you *like* to do the spoiling, then no, you aren't a doormat. If you resented cooking, etc. but did it only out some sense of 'duty', then you might be a doormat.
It's not wrong to get your man do special things for you, too.

it sounds good that you like to spoil others with signs and acts of affection. but in all relationships, there is a give and take. you sound like you're the one doing all the giving and he's doing all the taking. it should be more even, or else you're going to feel used and resentful. hope you'll be able to work things out.

I just had to answer this....since so many men butt in on "women only questions", haha. Anyways, you sound like you enjoy being a pleaser and that's okay. As long as they don't take you for granted.
Just make sure they are equally as "pleasing", we are the ones who really should be babied...fed...and sexually pleased. Hahaha. Not them!

It should be a one-way street of one partner treating the other one so very well. Every day should hold surprises and joy that true love through respect can bring a couple.

nah, as long as you want to do it and you're not doing it for the sake of pleasing him, you're not being a doormat. of course, it would be nice if he returned the favor once in a while. ;-)

if he takes you for granted.. and doesn't acknowledge you and your efforts....
and you continue to do it.... then you might be a doormat....
now if you get pleasure... and get him ahem. 'aroused'.. and he pleases you with emotional and ahem... 'physical' attention as well.... then you are in a win win situation...
a win win situation for the both of you.......
spice it up and have fun.
